I know first hand how a stressful job is burning a candle from both ends, so even if you get to the millionaire mark what's to say that you won't have hypertension or some other stress induced pathology.

@Frank Jiang, we've been burned by a salesman claiming to be an "advisor" once.

So today I got in my car with an almost empty gas tank, I put my eBay business on hold because I needed to burn a bridge where I had to go out there and find properties, not just "oh it would be nice to find a property or two" but I had to have a burning desire and I told myself, "I have no money in my account, my truck is almost on empty, but I will will find at least properties that I can work with, I have to."

footage,  the year major mechanicals and exterior have been upgraded,  if there is a deck,  if there is a dog,. if there is a garage,  if you have had a claim,  if there is a fireplace,  natural gas or wood burning....  

I've been burned too many times matching the online bid, only to have the seller up their bid to an idiot amount.
