Basically, you sign up through UBC but GOBC is a third party who compiles the course, removes all the fluff and provides you video sessions of each section of the course.

If they want you to be attending meetings, training sessions, sitting the front desk since you are the junior agent, etc.

Just attended an information session last week.

They do beach vacations when schools are out of session for summer.  

I used to be a personal trainer while getting my masters in Kinesiology and all clients wanted to pay for 2 sessions and learn everything I did in 4+ 2 years in college :) Then I became a realtor and everyone wants to learn everything I learned in 10 years of working with buyers, sellers and investors.

If I were you I'd rent the bedrooms out to your fellow dentistry classmates and hold epic study sessions.
