How to find partners in the Bay Area

Hello my name is Marcus I am looking to get into real estate. I have saved up about $12,000 and I was hoping to find a partner to buy some real estate with and California preferably in the bay area but sadly I have no clue how to find a partner so that’s why I have came to bigger pockets for advice on how to find a partner to make passive income with.
