That is a 73% increase in 12 years which included the crash but not the major recovery the last couple years (which is where the Core Logic thing would hurt it).Do the same thing for Boston (Which nobody would say in hurting) and you get $210,100 and $370,400, which is a 76% increase.

We had a good run up in nearly every market the last 2 years but that was primarily a recovery from the 2008 crash.
