But there is money to be made by those who take the time and effort to figure out how these things actually work in real life.Sorry you're so annoyed at the previous responses. 

I have had tenants get owner info from public works before just by asking, even gotten phone numbers, it's annoying but happens. 

If a young family moved in upstairs and the kids were noisy it would make the person in the basement annoyed.

But when it all comes together, is clean and staged, you forget about the annoyances and decide to do it again.

Just annoyed I walked in thinking I had amazing credit, and these mortgage scores are so far off from what i've been seeing from my banks for years now.  

I have long distance long-term rentals in Tennessee and Virginia and it is a Non-Stop annoyance with the management issues.

You help them because you are their friend, you do a good job for someone you know (so they are hopefully less annoying than a random market buyer), and you get paid.

It's not that I don't know, I just found the comment annoying.

Best part, is they do the searching and investigating for you -free of charge- helping you avoid all those annoying sleazy sales calls from different loan offers blowing smoke up your butt and avoiding costly mistake for using wrong lender for your specific circumstance.If it cost you less to use a CPA than TurboTax, would you still use TurboTax?
