If you were to hire a licensed, insured, and bonded company for every job you did or needed to do I Think you would go broke pretty quick.I know plenty of Carpenters, Plumbers who work for big outfits who also do amazing work on the side to supplement their income at a fraction of the big company costs.

I would like to continue to buy, rehab and resell properties to supplement my income, but I am also open to other possibilities.

You can't live on rental income if you have to supplement it!

Anyone know if these hoa insurance policies are sufficient or do you have to supplement it?

I'm sure that the enviro subject would be included in any "land use" concentration but additional subjects, such as water treatment and hazardous waste issues IMO would supplement your background.

I do not plan/expect for real-estate to become our sole source of income at any point - only a hefty supplementation.

Commission can supplement income on property you buy or help others buy.
