Hi,

My name is Tom St. John and I live in Weaverville, NC (Asheville area). I've always enjoyed networking and discussing Real Estate with other investors. My experience has been completing one deal involving buying a SFH bank REO, fixing it up and reselling it. I would like to continue to buy, rehab and resell properties to supplement my income, but I am also open to other possibilities. I've joined the local CREIA here in Asheville and have attended many meetings and have begun to form some relationships with local investors. I look forward to participating in the forums and gaining knowledge from some of the great discussions I've seen here.

Tom
