I just went to a seminar about this by Robert Shemin, it was called the Unlimited Riches Workshop.

If that does not work, shop for another lender.  

This Saturday the Realty Investment Club of Houston is offering a special One Day Intensive Inspection & Rehab Workshop.  

It's now spreading to our other communities around the country.We have meetings every week where, as I mentioned, there is NOTHING for sale.We have workshops every month where one of the instructors comes out and does 9am to 4pm on (one of) the class(es) he/she teaches.

That said, I now need to buy a different house that has a huge workshop for me to store all my tools!  

I have a remodeled 25' x 50' pole barn (1,250 square feet) on my property in Yelm Washington. It has 36" x 80" doors at each end. It  has metal siding and roof and is unheated and un-insulated. I envision it as a shop...

Since my first real estate workshop on April 17-19 I have been nose deep in the materials provided to educate myself in this field.

I will be attending the 3 day FB workshop as well in a couple weeks.

This means we turn a profit at the end of the year, but recycle those funds back into the organization to offer better services, speakers, venues, workshops, etc for our member base.
