I put together a spreadsheet here to help potential house hackers quickly analyze whether or not a property qualifies.

It's been an interesting experience on my end. One tenant in a MIL apartment attached to my house. I've had good and bad tenants, but when you get a bad one (read that, loud and just doesn't get it...) it really sucks...

As a house hacker, if I were taking in a new tenant currently I would put a COVID-19 statement in the lease with a release of liability for you and the other tenant(s).
