Covid House Hack Liability

I’m looking at buying a potential house hack soon that is 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. I’ll be looking to get 6 roommates and the numbers are great. Someone in my network voiced concern to me about being potentially liable in the event someone in the house spread the virus to the other occupants. This doesn’t seem likely to me but what do you think? Anything I’m missing?
