I'm in the position with you, I wake up every morning and check MLS (just more general work but you never know), craigslist, FSBO.com, Zillow (FSBO and any "potential" listings (Hint: Make me move either has expensive houses or distressed houses in my experience...) and just to see if there's anything I might be missing on MLS) and then a couple of local-isa wholesaler's sites.
