Newbie to Real estate investing in Maryland

Hey BP family, My name is Kelvin Law, Im currently a licensed REA in Maryland. Only been in business for a little over a year now. I want into real estate investing, particularly fix and flips. Im looking for a mentor/partner, more so a partnership with an investor. I have little capital to work with but I do have time and the desire to succeed in REI.
