hav ur current tenant take pics/video(give them instruction) ...offer them compensation i.e cash/check/credit for rent/gift card/etc/etc/etc.... don't let a little ol'virus stop you.

if city still dragging along on permits, i'll probably just take a buncha pics and video record the pouring.  

I also included a picture of the AFB and the schools in my listing pics with descriptions of how close they were.

The good part of the family emptied the entire house into a dumpster and had a old motorhome towed away . ( I got pics of THEM doing it ) So today I am doing a second cleaning /sanitizing and the crack head daughter in law shows up . " Where the xxxx is my stuff ?"
