Fresh paint and carpet?

If I was certain that I would have that much equity, and that the market would stay hot, I'd let them build it and sell it when it was finished and look at it as a fresh-ground flip.

Hello, I am in the process of purchasing a home and one item that was revealed is external stucco cracks.

@Matt Duckworth I always tell people that improving the lighting is a quick, inexpensive way to bring a unit a fresh look.

This lower price is what the appraisal came back at (no doubt influenced by incorrect contract price).We are currently awaiting to see if this can be corrected and change the appraisal.In the mean time, the home inspection revealed the roof is nearing its end of life.

Such a breath of fresh air, knowing how most insurance agents/brokers communicate.

Hey Vu, It is hard to tell by looking at the photos but my gut says to just paint the poles and wood beams with a fresh coat and string some lights across the beams to create a nice outdoor seating area.

They still live in the 4th unit to this day.My target market is Las Vegas, I’m there 3-8 times a year, and feel like with all the Sports Teams, fresh Hotel construction, and a solid University, it’ll be a good rental market for me to learn.
