Being in the millennial age group myself I understand That we must focus on the future ahead for our investment strategies and cater to the market we are targeting and the new and upcoming generations.

The location is more family friendly, than millennial focused so want to keep it fairly simple. 

I don’t know if that’s sociopathic or pathological or just a millennial thing or what, all that’s beside the point anyway. 

Add in the current lack of supply in the housing market plus aging millennials trying to buy their first slice of the American dream and the stage is set for more regulations- Some early investors will make a killing in areas that limit STRs as they get grandfathered into a limited number of permits linked to properties (not people) which are transferable to new investors who will buy their properties at a significant premium.

I just thought it was maybe a "millennial thing" or something.
