I want to learn from experienced landlords here, how much deductible should we choose? 

Focus on learning about them, personally and professionally.

A little about me: I’m a new real estate investor diving into the world of property management and eager to learn as much as I can.

I think it does a good job of introducing different strategies and lingo of investing in a  digestible way and allows someone to find what they may find interesting and then learn more about that.

Ive been learning from BP books & podcasts since 2018 before finally jumping into the game in 2020.

I’d love to hear what’s working best for you so far… maybe even learn from your experience.

If anybody has anything else to share please do so, I have plenty to learn!

However, before doing anything I take my time to gather information, think outside the box, connect with people who have done the very thing that other people say is impossible, stay patient, see whether there are any unique solutions I can bring, and only then decide what to do.Thanks a lot for your feedback, and I'm looking forward to learning more, especially on the thesis of not using short-term debt for a long-term investment.

A lot of people who learn the theory of multifamily investing are often taken aback when they graduate to the real world by how deals seemingly don't work.
