Fine if people (not me) want to drive them in town, but we have issues from time to time with the electric grid keeping up in extreme temps, I can't imagine if we had a bunch of people also trying to charge their EVs.We've had a shortage of cars (I use that term to refer to any vehicle) and only now are some dealerships getting inventory of new cars.

I never received any explanation that would help me understand the why other than the property manager blaming new hires.Another time Northpoint charged another homes repairs to my account/address which resulted in a $388 shortage to my account.

Short term rental homes/units drive up the price of homes faster than primary residences and long term rentals.Shifting from long to short in some locations is perfectly reasonable, however I highly recommend you check out your local city's ordnances discussing the requirements for short term rentals.

We embrace S8 applicants, but screen them just like any other applicant.Many have an entitlement mentality and try to leverage their S8 voucher by pretending to be helpless:1) A percentage won't apply because they expect a landlord to waive application fees for them.2) Many cry broke and expect a landlord NOT to charge them a security deposit.3) Many of those same S8 tenants trying to avoid paying a security deposit, won't make an effort to call the list of nonprofits we send them that will pay their security deposit if they apply.4) A lot of them try to avoid paying for utilities.
