what about the more heavy duty white noise machines?

My house is built in 1925 with thick beautiful hardwood floors all through out, I was looking to hire a professional but it is so expensive when I can rent the machine for about 50$ a day.

I don’t recommend it but if you do, get a bigger machine than you think you need....assuming you can operate one without disturbing all the sub base.

One of the tools that I have been using is Deal Machine. 

I know I can rent a machine that blows insulation from Home Depot. 

Sounds like a lightning strike, I think we have all bought into the media machine in our own way and I see how we can be caught up in the fuss of a little noise. 

-Remove and cap a washing machine hook up in the 1st floor kitchen-Add a washer supply and drain to the new 1st floor laundry room -Install a new shower diverter with controls in the second floor shower-Add a supply and a drain for the second floor dish washer. 

Additionally, you can reposition the unit by adding high-end finishes, laundry machines, dishwashers, private patio areas etc. to make it more appealing, and thus charge even more, something on the order of $2,300 - $2,800 per unit.

Meanwhile I was thinking all along to kick things off with a 2-4 family unit with enough cash flow to help keep the wheels in the machine turning.
