The reason I wonder about it is that the free house formula is not listed on his website.I noticed a lot of his content is silly role-playing... only seen clips from youtube, not sure if that distracts from the topic or not.After hearing things like, this package contains everything you need... for only X amount.. then having to go thru 5 One Time Offers, I feel like I have been lied to... 

However, I quickly discovered that staying focused and not being distracted by efforts outside my skills and wheelhouse are critical.

Reviews that are off-topic can be distracting and don’t help other guests make informed booking decisions.

I've been to chicago and I have friends there, hence why it is on my list.. albeit elsewhere cashflows better it seems like.Any rate distracted by kids.Ttyl

Too many options will be distracting and stop you from making progress.  

My vice is my phone, I am constantly attached to it and checking email, that is one reason I don't have to work as much but also distracts me quite a bit.

They are concerned about investors who distract the project and take up an inordinate amount of their time.

Then, I mentioned that successful people focus and that too many ideas could be an unwelcome distraction.

I really do want to invest myself into that type of work, I just distract myself from it constantly...
