My goal is to be my own boss in one way shape or form, whether that be having enough rental income I can quit my job and go full time or using that rental income to start another business and keep Real Estate Investing on the side.

It is a well behaved dog that has never had an accident in the house and I keep them in a kennel when I am not home.

I think an even bigger hurdle than that is going to be having provable income.

If your answer is yes, then you've gotten rid of a well behaved proven tenant for someone who could be horrible AND have their boyfriend living there.

You may be having to pay for relocation, etc.  

I am starting this discussion because I seem to be having a rather difficult time in finding any good deals in my area I have went out "driving for dollars" calling on craigslist and can't find a real estate investor that will take the time to send me any properties!

You generally get 30 just because they wouldn't want to waste that last month deposit If they truly banned showings, I would just happen to be having 20 30 electricians and plumbers inspecting that unit the last month for repairs with 24 hr written notice posted on the door every day at 5.

But most importantly you won’t be having to look for temporary housing which in times like these can be a gigantic if not impossible task unto itself.YELLOW TAG: If this happens your home is deemed somewhat structurally damaged but HABITABLE.

Tenants are my children and my children behave.

Generally tenants are higher quality and better behaved if the owner lives there.
