Who should I speak with on contract usage, do I need a lawyer involved, can I put everything thats being asked for on one contract, and what websites would I use to get clear info on if anything is owed on this property??

I'm just trying to get as many ideas from experienced guys on here about which direction to go with this before my lawyer charges me $250 an hour​

@Antoine Martel @Gay Lloyd  I am not a lawyer, but you really need to study up on this before you give advice that can really get someone in trouble.  

@Toni Annis, I'm not tax lawyer, but I don't think this would qualify for a 1031.

This is just the construction costs, with blue-prints, lawyer fees, surveys, etc., usually gets pushed up to $110/sq.

Get a lawyer.
