Hello, everyone. I'd like to know if anyone knows of any experienced real estate attorney and or title companies that are experienced in dealing with assignment of contracts or double closing deals in the CT.  If you've directly worked with and closed a wholesale deal in CT and found anyone who you would like to refer, please let me know.  Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
