I always save a couple boxes as well for just such an occasion but assuming you didn’t I like someone else’s idea about the closet if possible.  

At the end of the day It’s all supply and demand - these are just smaller markets with less of each, with winners and losers just like any other market … but the consumer occasion and needs may be different.

She mostly complied but I still see a butts on occasion, which I just pick up.

@Brian Scott I have used Straight Line Foundation on many occasions. 

The challenge in this scenario is on occasion we've received some outrageous water bills and had to wait to increase the rent the next year to make up the difference. 

Give the people you want to work with challenges and see if they rise to the occasion.

The so called professional is the 12 dollar an hour maintenance guy the management company has on staff for exactly such occasions and they manage to keep him busy.
