Take care to recognize the hype.

Is this true or just marketing hype?

Appraisals support current hype and do not consider future possibilities or changing trends and economic conditions.

I think that at the beginning of each podcast when they have the guy with the 1950's voice saying, "Real estate investing without all the hype", then they should play a drop of Public Enemy's "Don't believe the hype".

I think we have a group starting up next mouth, I well keep you posted with the date and time.I went to a Rich Dad seminar couple of years ago and I got a lot of info but they hyped it up.

So I went to the seminar and I was really hyped about RE afterwards and I bought the program - but I had to really convince my SO that it would be worth the $500 I paid...after a bit of googling I came upon BP.I read a bunch of stuff on the front page, thought the Ultimate Beginner's Guide was awesome (I'm half way through and taking some notes), I'm listening to the podcasts (Just listened to #10 it told me to introduce myself and here I am). 

I'm hearing a billion things about freedom soft is it good to use or just  abunch of hype?

This is why VCs tend to focus on certain industries -- like technology -- where startups are often valued at many, many times their income just based on hype and potential.What you're looking for are private investors who are willing to invest for a low-risk, stable return.

Ahh, you again . . . so now, you've come up with another personality to hype your auction.

Sometimes the new investor gets caught up in all the hype of nothing down and flipping and doesn't realize that there exists professional investors in the market who are well financed and very experienced.
