New Investor in Sioux Falls, SD in need of team and cash buyers!

Hi, I'm new to being a real estate investor.  I need to start building my team, but there are so many listings for all the areas I need that I'm not sure who to chose.

I need to start wholesaling to build my funds before I can start doing rehabs of my own.  I have found a couple of vacant houses that I think would make good rehabs, but I need to do some research to find their owners.

I am looking for a real estate agent that is investor friendly.  If anyone can help point me in a few right directions so I can find the one I like that would be greatly appreciated.

I am having a hard start as to locating buyers.  So far only found 1 lead on the internet and am currently working on getting some bandit signs out.

I would love to join an REIC if anyone could shoot me the info as to when the next meeting in Sioux Falls is.
