New round of foreclosures coming?

I was reading some marketing from a turnkey company this week talking about the huge wave of new foreclosures about to start raining down in the US.  Is this true or just marketing hype? It certainly isn't what our research would indicate.

Appreciate any intel/comments. Obviously I am mostly interested in Tennessee but the trends will be nationwide I would assume.

If you really want to know what's coming down the pipeline, check staffing levels and hiring activity for loan servicers, foreclosure companies (trustees and attorneys) and bank loss mitigation departments.

Believe me when I tell you that they are far from the last to know what's around the corner, especially in a given market.
