(We here in Sacramento have been wondering the same thing for quite some time).You do a quick search on Instagram for #MidtownSac, #EastSac and #Sactown and see that maybe Sacramento isn't the podunk little cowtown you thought it was growing up.

Sitting in a college lecture hall in 2019 you'll find majority of students on their laptops wandering aimless on Facebook, Instagram, or texting on their phones.

I have been able to do a wonderful rebranding of my family business with the help of my girlfriend who is an amazing designer- including website, cards, instagram, and other marketing material, as well as prepare marketing material for the investment side of my business.

So if you want the students to come to you, you can just keep posting it there and hope that you can fill up your apartments.If you want to engage in a more aggressive marketing policy, you can try Facebook/Instagram ads.

You Tube,Twitter, MTV, Instagram, Paris Hilton,Kim Kardashian, Gangsta Rappers, Robin Leach...Think about the worst parts of all of those, think about the superfluous nature that they all promote.

These are the days of Instagram and Facebook status updates, after all.
