We are looking to invest in the suburbs between Houston and Galveston as this is the area we know best and want to keep our properties close to home.I still have so much to learn so I will be doing tons of research and lots of questions along the way!

I've found a few properties in the North Houston area that I'm ready to make an offer on.

have a real estate license in Houston and acting like an active member in the business with the rest of my family members are non-active /semi active.

My short story: I moved to Houston (Galleria Area) in the beginning of 2012 but really only been around 50% of the time for the first year (going back and forth to Denver for work) and now moving to League City in a few days.

I am looking around the North Houston/ Conroe Area mainly, but I've recently started to look a little further.ANY advice that any of you have, it would be greatly appreciated.

It's in one of the suburbs of Houston if that makes a difference.
