Hello I am Cindy Hawkins a Mom and an investor from Houston/Conroe , Tx area. I am originally from Omaha, Ne and settled here in 1988 after living in various communities in Louisiana and South East Texas. My goal is to expand my real estate company and improve the lives of those I meet in the process. I plan to share my knowledge of new home construction as needed, to learn from other's experiences, and to grow my network with seasoned investors. I am looking to buy "dirt" to spec build custom homes, wholesale property and rehab properties if the opportunity becomes available.
