For these areas where retail should have not built in what possibilities do we have here.These are the areas that we can collaborate on creating financial growth. 

This is an effort so I don't have to use the high priced vendors that screw us out of state investors.Would anyone like to add value to my list and we can collaborate on this brain trust?

You can collaborate, share notes, etc. on the rentals, but you wouldn't have to share bank accounts or deeds.

Hi Everyone,  feel like we may need to create a support group or Facebook group to collaborate on how folks are handling This situation.  

Owners who plan to collaborate with new initiatives for supportive housing will lose their fervor in helping to solve homeless issues and will become less likely to participate in local government initiatives.This will destroy retirees sole source of income!
