this is a decision you have to make wit yourself. if you get in to a 3plex for example and the tenants pay your loan and maybe cash flow is doesn't matter if you are away or not isn't it???

As the house was built in 1955 according to the sun there is lead paint and asbestos in the Attic and as I was to witness myself there is no real closing of the attic it's just an open hole in the side of the house where there is Storage stuff inside that hole.
