The new HOA board is obviously upset there are too many renters in the complex, but this is madness.

So she was basically upset over a couple seconds of hammering Wich to me would only be worth complaining about if it was alot more than just that.

Nothing upsets tenants more than you holding their money for no reason.

No one is ever upset if they are able to get more rent than they expected or expenses are less than they budgeted for.

Just a thought.. if you run into difficulty utilizing an assignment contract or feel that A or C would be upset seeing what B is making on the wholesale deal, (and B is licensed broker) could you not utilize the buyers agreement and specify a fee to be paid to brokerage firm in "X" amount for that particular property that B is wholesaling?

Address on the tax rolls, knocking on the door, sending you mail with address correction requested.....notifications from buyers who bid and did not get the property and are upset who report you.
