Then I was told that I get a trial for 10 days...I said ok, but to get the trial access, I have to pay the same 18.95 so they could generate a trial ID for me.

A copy of the new tenants copy of the lease with the LL will help speed the trial also.As for the security deposit, I agree if that was returned it shows that the condition of the unit didn't warrant any repairs and he would have little recourse in court.

Even if I buy wrong, I have the capital to carry me through mistakes - that and time will get me on track for the next acquisition.I have no doubt over time I can build my portfolio and achieve my goals, but trial and error is by no means the most effective method.
