Do you name your 4-plex?

Do you give your small multi-unit rentals (in our case a 4-plex) a name? with a sign?

Just curious if anyone does this and what benefits vs any potential negatives might be.

Also, if you do, how do you come up with a name? Ours is in a blue-collar low-income town, but not really a dangerous area, just rural, with all the usual trials and tribulations.

I own 7 quads and I have never named any of them.

I have had a custom design for the mailbox that clearly distinguishes our properties from all others. We keep custom made signs with our company name, property description and phone number in the yards of all units at all times.
