@Nathan G.I don't know, Tiny homes are the in thing.

The basement still has a full bath in the studio and I can't imagine this bathroom being used unless the small bedroom is rented out also which besides being tiny, is illegal.2.

Do not end up as the sucker who spends all his days in the cubicle farm mightily wishing he could just spend his days working even harder thirty feet away in one of the tiny managers' offices lining the wall, in front of a window that does not open with blinds that are never opened.If your parents don't understand, well, it ain't their life.

I was approved for the low 500's but I would like to stay below that to maintain cashflow.( townhouse or small SFR) I really need a home becuse I've been in my same tiny 1 bed apt for 7 years but now I need a house for my fam.I own two SFRs in Atlanta. 

The only downside is this place ha a tiny kitchen and really narrow staircase.

I wouldn't actually want to live in a 3 bed house with a tiny yard, as I know that a decent yard is imperative for my growing family! 

Then, during the $500 workshop the guru spends 10% of the time teasing you with tiny bits of information and 90% of the time trying to sell you on an advanced course for $10,000 to $20,000.You can find too much information on the internet, FOR FREE, and you can get really serious and honest advice at real estate clubs where nobody will ask you to pay money for their help.Don't try to force yourself into a business or market niche.

Dear Forum Peeps,Does anybody out there have experience/knowledge about developing raw land for water and electrical hookups for a tiny house (or tiny houses)? 

I am working on a project about an hour from Myrtle Beach and we are catering to vacationers and will be offering Tiny Homes, elaborate Tree Houses and some split log cabins.  

If not....and it's an SFR....You may have enough room in your backyard to put a "Tiny House" and AirBnB the tiny house.
