@Russell Brazil While I haven’t figured out the growth percentage in my area, I can tell you that my town of Bayonne, NJ (where I plan to invest) is 12 miles away from New York City, there are 3 light rail stations, we have a Walmart, we have a new Costco opening this Spring and there are numerous new high end condominium complexes being built around town.

Hello all, The wife and I will be stationed in San Antonio Texas for another 3 years on a controlled tour.

I am familiar with the lay out of the area after being stationed at Ft.

Coffee shops, quick gifts,  gas stations I would suspect.   

Compare largest employers in Ogden to somewhere like College Station, TX.Also, there are many other housing requirements created by a university other than student housing.

With that, other cities/towns offer the same benefit: Springfield, Burke, Fairfax and Fairfax Station.

She's got until early December to pack and move out, but unfortunately she's unable to find any housing that I'd affordable to her on an Uber-driven income.I'm stationed up in Tacoma, WA, but am currently deployed until early December, and have limited capabilities between the time zone difference and an erratic flying schedule.

Also, I'm probably going to be getting stationed back at Hurlburt in the next year, how's the RE market looking for rental properties?
