Think about it, if you left a grill and the tank was full and nothing was stated in the lease would you feel obliged to refill the tank when it was empty? 

Pre-screening includes: income requirements in very plain terms (annual income) as some ppl don't seem to comprehend what 3x rent really means, no smokers, pets, etc.  

Can I legally not rent to smokers?

I installed one above the BBQ, so it lights up the grill when someone approaches.I installed electronic count down timers for the exhaust fans.  30 minutes in the baths, 4 hours in the kitchen. 

I really try to focus more on getting the seller talking to me like their coffee buddy instead of grilling them about the house.

Not as clear to me is how to start this process in multi-family properties where smokers are already in place.

Would anyone have personal experience on whether short term vs. long term rental in the Pass-A-Grille/Saint Pete Beach/Tierra Verde area is better? 

Tons of smokers whined when some NYC apartments starting going non-smoking.

I noticed they had their grill too close to the vinyl siding and did about $500 damage.

I would never pay for cable & eat out all the time & cook great but affordable meals at home & grill out.
