It's a code word for tire kickers who do nothing but loitering around REI clubs (now online, but same concept), talking shop to everybody while doing absolutely nothing to actually close deals and make money.Also drop the "multiple markets" thing.

If you want to do a lease option, you likely won't get compensated for your payments so it's safer to build the collateral and just buy it when you get qualified.

The reason for that is people looking for midterm rentals shop like short-term renters, but they act a lot more like long-term renters... and often they stay for 4+ months, 5+ months, etc.
