I have 15-20 properties already scouted on purchase and rehab numbers that make great sense.

Maybe Bob can elaborate more on that one.I live in Venice and have scouted deals around SoCal and there's just not much for cash flow.

Its great when you want to scout an entire neighborhood but its not fast as buying the data off list source but it is free. 

Try the Marines...LOL, my boy scout troop was rougher than that, that looks like Sunday morning prayer time to me!

@Talha K. from experience with human beings, we always scout at least three other property management alternatives who can jump in and take over at any given time.

My wife and I have been looking at Real Estate pretty heavily for awhile now between our full time employment and 2 teenagers in the house and all their school and scouting events which take up a ton of our time.
