Hello BP community,I ended up in very "interesting" situation in one of our Condos in Las Vegas, NV.The all community is approximately 200 units, half of them are owned by an investor's company.

Read an interesting article this morning about the flipping market here in Las Vegas.

I transferred to Las Vegas when given the opportunity, to begin my investing career.  

I've been in Las Vegas for 22 years and I think the opportunity in this category is huge and will be.

I decided to sell my duplex in Las Vegas which I bought in 2013.When I purchased it I was told I shared a water and sewer line with the neighboring property.

I currently inherited a house/land in Guam but I live in Las Vegas.
