New Member from Las Vegas

Hi Guys! My name is Jurina and I'm new to this site. I have no background in real estate and has never owned a home. I'm currently in high end retail and seeking financial freedom. I currently inherited a house/land in Guam but I live in Las Vegas. My goals is to become a full time real estate investor and Landlord. My financial situation is tough and I don't have extra funds for a down payment on a house of my own and money to fix up  the property in Guam. 

So I joined to get as much knowledge and input as I can.
