Ibrahim Hughes Questions on Flat Fee Listing
29 September 2012 | 20 replies
This could also vary as well. You could have buyer brokers that do volume with investors and the investors makes up the half of a percent with them on each purchase or the broker does so many deals a year the don't care about the 1/2 a percent. You could have a buyers agent that has worked with the buyers so long that they don't care anymore they just want to close something.Me being a broker and managing agents I can tell you the majority of the agents working with buyers are new to the business (at least in my area). They might on average do 2 to 3 deals from their sphere before they run out of leads and closings. To those buyers agents money is on the mind and the more they make the better on each deal.If money simply wasn't an issue bonuses, higher co-ops wouldn't exist to sell property faster.Ibrahim will just have to test and track and see what works in his local market.
