As far as I know, Dean's property could have gold plated cabinets, granite, marble, etc.I sort of rambled here, but the point is, it is hard say one deal is better then the other without looking deep into the condition of the house and age of the large capital expense items and the value of the team you have decided to align yourself.All that being said, I still think $87,000 is high, you should have virtually no maintenance cost at that and incredible service.
