Hi folks I previously posted about a 5 bed 4.5 bath house for sale at 590,000 and has been up for 60 days.

I know we are paying more than say a production national builder but our quality is so much better.. the folks that buy our homes are not looking for the best bang for the SQ ft price wise they are looking to have say in upgrades..

@Alec Bildstein my advise in addition to attending meetups is to read the forums and see who contributes and adds value and find the folks that you resonate with.

If you are earning income of any kind, the folks at the federal government want their piece.

I'd love to hear any advice from the more experienced folks what I should be doing now to be ready to buy in the next 2 years. 

I think a lot of folks especially on BP that are kind of starting their journey are really only able to start with 1 to 4 units B/C thats easiest to finance and qualify for..
