Just a 24 y/o wanting to learn how to earn some extra income through real estate. Short term/vacation rentals interest me, but I'm open to learning as much as I can about anything at this stage. 

I'd love to hear any advice from the more experienced folks what I should be doing now to be ready to buy in the next 2 years. 

I'm a numbers guy and am all about managing finances well.
