All went to his calculating risks and I think it was all in his head, while he had a staff and assistant, he was simply on top of everthing all the time, or so it always appeard.I have not seen nor heard of anyone today that has the drive and work ethic of John Q. and I doubt there will or even can be another like him.

I can tell you though it was not as helpful to me as getting on a site like Reuters or Forbes entering the banks ticker symbol & examine the executive staff ie.

The most important piece of advice I can impart is to to relax and be yourself and actually listen and to genuinely care for their situation.

Just because there's a four-plex next door doesn't mean that the city's infrastructure can handle 4 more units in that location.But like the others have said, nobody on BP will be able to answer this question better than the city staff who's job it is to do just that.

However, for her (the PM) you end up with a different cost structure because she won't go there alone, won't go there after sundown, will only send two staff members (not one) if there's an issue.
