Hello All,

 My name is Thomas Foster and I am just starting to dig into the resources here at BP. I'm excited to learn all I can and share what little I already have with you all. I am an air traffic controller currently in Yuma AZ, trying to figure out my niche. There are so many routes to take! I am interested in so many! For my wife and I, with my limited knowledge, I think the first feasible step would be a live in flip, or wholesaling. Working through the beginners course now, almost done. Feel free to drop a comment, advice, insult... whatever!
