If you buy this way you can make some passive’ish income by renting spare rooms etc2) Less traditional - seller financing, partnering on a deal, house hacking a multifamily property - all of these are options3) Wholesale - good if you have time but not capital and you can use this to build capital4) Flipping - get good at finding and analyzing deals and you should be able to use this strategy to generate the capital that you will need to ultimately buy and hold.There are a multitude of options so I would suggest narrowing your focus to a strategy that works for you and then execute against that.

For reference, I am using them for my realtor business in Chicago as well as to hold spare keys at all my rental properties, so I probably have around 25 of these deployed right now between all my listings and properties.

@Chet Thomas No issues with settlement, but you have to make sure to compact the dirt as you put it in as I mentioned in the post I linked to above.As for the dirt we added, it was just clean fill dirt.

I would educate you but I can't spare the time because I'm busy working 8-10 hours each day to pay for my own living expenses and the taxes the government takes that reduce what I'm able to keep of what I do earn.

I pay 3,400 for Mortage and insurance.I rent a bedroom to my uncle for 500The Rv pays 600 The 2nd Rv will pay 600 The basement will pay 1200 And I’m turning a little cabin (spare room) in the back of the property into a studio apartment that will pay 800 plus 50 for all utilities.
