Pool fill in - Spokane valley.

Chet Thomas
Posted

Currently in the process of securing a property with a pool in the backyard that will need massive maintenance.

Looking into filling the pool at the moment. Anyone with experience doing this here? - rules, regulations, etc.

There is no permit required. But, the guy I did contact at the building permit office just said it needed to be demo'd. He was not  very helpful beyond that. I am keeping this property long term.

Thanks.
