@Michael Lopez Michael, I'm not saying every realtor has commission breath but, let's be real, there are many who are more focused on what they might earn as opposed to evaluating what may or may not be a good deal for their client.

He is almost 75 years old and still doing it today with my mother as his office manager (they celebrate their 50th this July.)
